I’m Nicole Moore, founder of The Three Hearts Method—a simple, repeatable practice to help you feel mentally clearer, emotionally steadier, and more connected to who you truly are.

My background is rooted in healthcare, where I’ve spent years supporting people through stressful, vulnerable seasons of life. Along the way, I realized something that’s incredibly common (and something I’ve lived, too): so many of us want to feel lighter, happier, and more at peace—while our mind feels like a warzone, our body is stuck in fight-or-flight, and our soul gets muted by pressure, expectations, and programming that was never meant for us.

That’s why I created The Three Hearts Method: a grounded approach that integrates mindset work, nervous system support, and soul alignment. In practice, this means we learn to notice your thoughts—and make a commitment to rewriting the ones that keep you stuck in a negative feedback loop. We reconnect with your body—so you can understand its subtle cues and build real safety from the inside out. And we return to what sparks joy—the “little” things that make you you—because they were never little in the first place.

My goal is to help you step out of constant self-improvement mode and into true self-connection. To stop fixing—and start connecting—with your mind, your body, and your soul. Because when you attune to your three hearts, you begin to remember: you were never broken. You just needed a way back to yourself.
