Discovering the Three Hearts Method: An Introduction to Heart-Centered Living

Connect

So many of us are living from stress, old conditioning, and survival patterns that keep us disconnected from our true selves. But there is so much more to life than stress, living each day from obligation, and feeling drained. There is peace, purpose, joy, and alignment waiting underneath it all.

And yet, so many of us are trying to create that peace, joy, healing, and purpose from a place of internal disconnection. We overthink. We override our body. We ignore the quiet wisdom within. We push through, perform, achieve, numb, and cope. Somewhere along the way, we lose touch with ourselves.

Instead of turning inward and asking what we truly need, we often look outward. We see other people’s perceived joy, passion, and excitement for life, and we try to follow what seems to be working for them. We begin to believe that if we can just get the outside right, the inside will somehow catch up. But true alignment does not happen that way. It cannot be created by copying someone else’s path. It is something we build from the inside out.

That is exactly why I created the Three Hearts Method.

The Three Hearts Method is a heart-centered approach to healing, growth, and alignment that brings together mindset, nervous system regulation, and soul-level connection. It is rooted in the understanding that lasting transformation does not come from fixing yourself or forcing yourself into a life that looks good from the outside. It comes from reconnecting with yourself so deeply that you can begin to live as the truest, most aligned version of who you already are.

At the heart of this work is a simple shift: stop fixing and start connecting.

So many of us have been taught to view ourselves as projects to improve. We try to fix our thoughts, fix our habits, fix our emotions, fix our bodies, and fix our lives. We treat discomfort like failure and assume that if something feels messy, uncertain, or hard, then something in us must be wrong. But that mindset only deepens disconnection. Alignment does not come from constantly correcting yourself. Healing does not come from treating yourself like a problem to solve. It comes from connection. Asking the questions and actually listening to the answers that only you can provide.

When you stop trying to force yourself into someone else’s version of success, peace, or fulfillment, you create space to hear your own truth. When you stop overriding what your body is telling you, you begin to understand what safety, regulation, and self-trust actually feel like. And when you stop trying to think your way through every feeling and every season of uncertainty, you make room for something deeper to guide you.

The Three Hearts Method is built around the idea that there are three essential centers within you that shape the way you experience life: the Mind, the Body, and the Soul. These are the three hearts. Each one carries wisdom. Each one communicates in its own way. Each one influences how you move through the world. When they are disconnected, life can feel heavy, reactive, confusing, and out of sync. But when they begin to work together, something shifts. You stop fighting yourself. You stop living from fragmentation. You begin to experience a greater sense of wholeness.

The Mind Heart is the part of you connected to your thoughts, beliefs, perceptions, and internal narratives. Your mindset. It is where your self-talk takes shape and where many of your learned beliefs about who you are, what you deserve, and what is possible for you begin to operate in the background. When the Mind Heart is out of balance, it can keep you stuck in overthinking, fear, self-doubt, and old patterns that were shaped by conditioning rather than truth. It can convince you that you have to prove yourself, hold everything together, and constantly do more in order to be enough.

But the answer is not to force yourself into more polished or positive thoughts. The answer is to connect with your mind in a different way. When you begin to notice your thought patterns with awareness instead of judgment, you can start to understand where they came from and whether they actually reflect the truth of who you are. Mindset work, in this framework, is not about pretending everything is fine. It is about becoming conscious of the stories running your life so you can begin to choose differently.

Because when you change your internal beliefs, your external world changes, too.

The Body Heart is the part of you connected to your nervous system, your emotions, your stress responses, and the physical signals (intuitive nudges) your body sends every day. Your body is always communicating, even when you have learned to ignore it. It speaks through tension, exhaustion, anxiety, restlessness, shutdown, relief, groundedness, and that deep inner knowing you feel when something is either right or wrong for you. So many of us have learned to override the body in order to survive. We push through fatigue, dismiss stress, suppress emotion, and live in chronic dysregulation and call it "life".

But your body is not working against you. Your nervous system is not the enemy. Your body is offering information, and when you learn how to listen, everything begins to change. This is why nervous system regulation is such a central part of the Three Hearts Method. You can know all the right things logically and still feel anxious, braced, exhausted, or stuck. That does not mean you are failing. It means your body needs support, too. The goal is not to fix the body. It is to connect with it, to understand what it is holding, what it is signaling, and what it needs in order to feel safe enough to soften.

The Soul Heart is the part of you connected to your purpose, joy, intuition, and inner truth. It is the part of you that knows when something is aligned and when it is not, even if you cannot explain it logically. It is the part of you that longs for more than just functioning, coping, and getting through the day. It is the part of you that wants meaning, depth, creativity, peace, and a life that feels like your own.

This heart is often the quietest, especially when life has conditioned you to prioritize performance over presence and obligation over authenticity. But even when it has been buried beneath stress, pressure, and old patterns, it never disappears. It keeps nudging. It keeps whispering. It keeps calling you back to yourself. When you are disconnected from your Soul Heart, life can feel flat or strangely empty, even when everything looks fine on the outside. You may be doing what makes sense on paper while feeling no real connection to it. You may be checking all the boxes and still sensing that something important is missing. Often, that missing piece is not more achievement. It is deeper alignment with who you really are.

When these three hearts are disconnected, life often becomes an exhausting attempt to manage the outside while feeling disconnected on the inside. You may try to think your way into peace while your body stays locked in stress. You may keep pushing through because your mind says you should, even though your body is tired and your soul feels uninspired. You may build a life that looks right but does not feel right. And when that happens, many people assume the answer is to try harder, fix more, control more, and become better at holding it all together- or to simply wait- wait until the promotion, wait until the marriage, wait until the kids (and then wait until the kids are out of the house), and wait...and before you know it, you've spent your whole life waiting for the next moment, missing the very one you're in- the one that you actually have some control over.

But more force (or waiting) does not create more alignment. It usually creates more disconnection. And wasted opportunities.

The shift begins when you stop asking, “How do I fix this?” and start asking, “What is this trying to tell me?” That question changes everything. It opens the door to curiosity instead of judgment. It invites compassion where there has been pressure. It helps you see your thoughts, your body, and your deeper longings not as problems, but as messengers.

As the three hearts begin to reconnect, your life starts to change from the inside out. You become more aware of the beliefs shaping your experience. You become more attuned to what your body is communicating. You become more honest about what is aligned and what is not. You begin to stop abandoning yourself for the sake of appearances, pressure, or old patterns. In that space, self-trust grows. Peace becomes more accessible. Purpose becomes clearer. Joy stops feeling like something reserved for other people and starts to feel like something you are actually allowed to experience.

This is what heart-centered living means to me. It is not perfection. It is not always feeling calm, clear, or certain. It is not about bypassing hard things or pretending you are never triggered, tired, or overwhelmed. It is about living in relationship with yourself. It is about creating enough inner connection that you can respond to life with greater awareness, compassion, and alignment instead of constantly reacting from stress, conditioning, or survival.

The Three Hearts Method matters because so many people are exhausted from trying to fix themselves when what they really need is to reconnect. They have insight, but they do not feel integrated. They have goals, but they do not feel connected to their own joy. They are functioning, but not flowing. They are surviving, but not fully living. This method offers another way. It honors the mind, supports the body, and makes space for the soul. It recognizes that the patterns you carry are not proof that you are broken. They are invitations to listen more deeply.

If you have been living from stress, obligation, burnout, old beliefs, or other people’s expectations, I want you to know there is another way. There is a way to live that feels more grounded, more peaceful, more joyful, and more true. There is a way to stop chasing alignment on the outside and begin creating it from within.

That is what the Three Hearts Method is about. It is about releasing what no longer reflects who you truly are. It is about reconnecting with your mind, supporting your body, and listening to your soul. It is about remembering that there is so much more to life than just getting through it.

And ultimately, it is about learning how to stop fixing and start connecting.

Because the more deeply you connect with yourself, the more clearly you can hear what you need, what is true, what is next, and what kind of life you are actually here to live. From that place, you do not become someone new.

You return to yourself.
